Responsibilities:

• Lead our agile team to deliver cutting-edge software solutions.

• Dive into the code, crafting complex solutions.

• Spearhead Product Scrum ceremonies, guiding planning and retrospectives.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers in designing user stories and work plans.

• Mentor developers, instilling best practices and fostering growth.

• Embrace DevOps, automating deployment processes for seamless delivery.

• Analyze, design, and enhance existing products with creativity and precision.

• Maintain unwavering standards of software quality within the team.

• Drive product iterations and timely releases.

• Innovate early with POCs for risk assessment.

• Work hand-in-hand with UX and development teams to implement dynamic UI frameworks.

• Optimize cloud service TCO through strategic automation.

• Review code, ensuring adherence to design and performance standards.

• Tackle performance challenges and NFRs head-on, providing ingenious solutions.

Technical Skilis:

• From conceptualization to maintenance, bring expertise in Enterprise Architecture.

• Excel in architecting and designing large-scale applications using various technologies.

• Command both RDBMS and NoSQL databases effortlessly.

• Champion UI best practices, application security, and multilingual applications.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Core, etc.), Python, and more.

• Proficient in ELK/Redis implementation.

• Skilled in container-based technologies and cloud-native application development.

• Design Microservices and API-based architectures with ease.

• Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architecture using Kafka/Rabbit MQ.

Qualifications:

• BE, BSc IT, Engineering Degree.

Experience:

• 10+ years of overall experience.

• Minimum 7+ years as a hand on Software Developer.

• Previous technical leadership experience of at least 3 years.

• Expertise in Back End Development/API Web Services.

• Proficiency in SQL NoSQL Server and product development.

• Exposure to multiple programming languages like C#/Node/Python is a major plus.

• Familiarity with native cloud-based application development is advantageous.
