Export Documentation

UM Khona & Co. is looking for Export Documentation to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Prepare and process all export-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations

Ensure that all export documentation complies with relevant regulations and standards

Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other service providers to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods

Work closely with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

Maintain accurate and up-to-date export records and documentation

Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding export documentation requirements and regulations

Ensure compliance with export control regulations

Develop and implement export documentation procedures and best practices

Provide guidance and support to other team members regarding export documentation

Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure compliance with export regulations and requirements

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
