Areas of Responsibility

• Assist the department to minimize customer complaints and implement energy-conserving mechanisms

• Minimize travel expenses for repeated complaints of the customer.• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.

• Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.• Assist the Superior in attending & resolving the Dealer's customer complaints

• To plan for customers visit local & out side

• To travel to attend customer complaints & resolution•

Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customer's concerns

•To Assist Department Head for Customer complaints resolution System.

• Follow up with customers for complaints & give proper solution

• Percolation of training received to the reporting personnel in the department•

To Update Self and train supervisors and technicians in dept

• Acquire knowledge in various predictive approaches for assessing and interpreting the results

• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.

• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.

• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.

Knowledge: Rubber Products, Tyre Industries,

Skills: Basic computer skills; Problem solving skills, listening and customer service skills

Attitude : Proactive than reactive, methodical and rational approach

Willing to travel.

Experience & industry: Marketing - Technical Service & Customer Complaints handling, preferably from Rubber Industries
