Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic social media plan: Analyse trends, identify target audiences, and set realistic goals for engagement and growth.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Content creation: Brainstorm, write, and curate engaging and informative content across various platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn and potentially others.
- Visual storytelling: Utilize compelling visuals, videos, and graphics to capture attention and enhance the messaging.
- Community management: Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, building positive relationships with followers.
- Stay informed: Keep up-to-date on the latest things of our video, social media algorithms, and best practices.
- Data analysis: Track and analyse social media performance metrics to measure success and inform future strategies.
Requirements and skills:
- 1-3 years Proven experience as a content writer and in social media marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Working knowledge in SEO principles and keyword research for content optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate compelling content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and content performance.
- Experience in Digital Marketing (Meta Business Suite, Understanding of social media metrics, scheduling posts
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Should be hardworking & willing to learn new things
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations would be preferred
