Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager, preferably female with 5-7 years ofexperience to oversee and manage the successful delivery of IT projects. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellentleadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.They will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according todeadlines and within budget, while managing stakeholders and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuringalignment with organisational goals and objectives.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines, collaborating withstakeholders and technical teams.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports, ensuring timely andwithin-budget delivery.
Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal teams and third-partycontractors or consultants.
Conduct risk management analysis to identify project risks and develop mitigationplans.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates tostakeholders and senior management.
Ensure all project documentation is maintained and communicated effectively.
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verificationtechniques.
Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to ensureconsistent project success.
Lead cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring accountability.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas forimprovement.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelordegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BusinessManagement, or related field.
Only f emale candidates preferred.
5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a track record of managingmultiple complex projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (eg, Agile, Scrum,Waterfall).
Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, software development, and systemintegration projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management software tools (eg, Microsoft Project, JIRA,Trello).
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT service management is aplus
