Job Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics, including materials preparation and catering.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and provide materials to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle sensitive data with discretion and professionalism.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including HR managers, wellness leaders, and insurance executives.
- Develop proposals and presentations showcasing Twin Health s value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored wellness programs for clients.
- Lead negotiations and finalize agreements to secure partnerships.
- Manage corporate accounts, conduct periodic reviews, and adapt wellness programs as needed.
- Stay updated on market trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Represent Twin Health at industry events and promote collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business, communications, or related fields preferred.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and adaptable in dynamic environments.
