Job Description
You will be part of our newly formed Global Billing team servicing 23 countries across the world.
Key Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day running of the global billing team.
- Support on sales forecasting.
- Support on global project to improve processes.
- Review, approve and issue accurate invoices.
- Create and issue credit memos.
- Resolving billing issues.
- Liaise daily with CS teams and Sales to ensure accurate billing.
Required Experience:
- Experience working in a processing/admin role/billing role.
- Minimum of 3 years managing a team.
- Experience working with multiple currencies.
- Ability to support high volumes.
Required skills:
- Proficient English language skills, any other language would be an asset.
- Ability to time manage and prioritize.
- Ability to work with a segregated team in different time zones.
- Use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail.
- Service oriented.
- Excellent written/communication skills.
