Guest Relation Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Greeting guests: Welcome guests and review arrival lists to identify VIPs
• Providing information: Provide information about amenities, services, and local attractions
• Addressing complaints: Address customer complaints and escalate to the Guest Relations Manager when needed
• Assisting with tasks: Assist with tasks like confirming travel arrangements and taking messages
• Preparing welcome folders: Prepare welcome folders with room service menus, area descriptions, and maps
• Promoting services: Promote services and identify opportunities to upsell room upgrades, services, and amenities
• Recording information: Record information in a logbook or customer relationship management software program
• Ensuring compliance: Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

Salary - 30k

Preferred candidates from Central Line only.
