Plant Maintenance

Role & responsibilities:

1.1 Identify critical equipment through priority ranking

1.2 Restore machine basic condition using TPM techniques

1.3 Create, review and upgrade maintenance SOPs / Checklists etc..

1.4 Identify opportunities and implement TBM/CBM processes

1.5 Develop PM plan consultation with production and ensure adherence

1.6 Identify breakdown control projects and implement using TEI processes

1.7 Analyze breakdowns, machine history & conditions and identify ways to predict breakdown 1.8 Prepare maintenance budget based on machine condition, improvements plans etc..

1.9 Allocate resources and implement the cost reduction projects as per plan

1.10 Identify additional cost reduction opportunities as PIP and ensure implementation

2.1 Prepare / Update troubleshooting manual

2.2 Train technicians using troubleshooting manual

2.3 Provide exposure to the team on new technologies through knowledge sharing sessions 2.4 Identify skill gaps and implement trainings for bridging the gaps

2.5 Engage the team with organization goals by motivating & counselling

Preferred candidate profile

BE (Mech.,Elec., Mechatronics) or Diploma with 8 to 15 years experience in Die Casting Machine Maintenance
