Data Analyst- AM/ DM

Role & responsibilities

1. The major part is to collect and consolidate the estate operations team data on a regular basis.

2. Reviewing the operations data/documentation and submitting to the management on time.

3. Coordinating periodic review meetings, preparation of minutes of meetings and closure

4. Conducting data analytics on the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Reports and ensuring on-time submission to management.

5. Coordinating the digitalization efforts as per the management directions.

6. Tracking the site-related details with an updated review tracker during the internal meetings.

7. Data collection with different sites and departments as required.

8. Co-ordinating the data analytics in the following areas such as data analytics to be done in aspects of Technical, Administration, audits, value-added services, checklists, Projects, Design, Work orders, Digitalization, Facility, Statutory, Financials, new development, procurement, and safety.

9. Also required to be very familiar with MS Tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, ERP, Power BI, etc.

10. Reviewing contract documents regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

• The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate (Electrical or Civil) with an MBA in Data Analysis/ Business Analysis.
• 2 to 4 years of experience preferable.
• Both Male & Female candidates can apply for this position.
• Basic knowledge of Data analytics skills/ERP tool
• Good English communication/Presentation skills
• Innovative knowledge
• Experience in the same industry is an added advantage
