Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Client Handling, Visiting the Customers Building and Meet them on regular basis
  • Understanding the customer issue and reported to management. Checking the scope of work and simultaneously get the permission from Management
  • Preparation of the Customer Complaint Tracker, pre-approval from client before any activities
  • Following customers Protocols and their SOP. Preparation and maintaining the company SOP documentation, Weekly Report preparation and upgradation,
  • Monthly Report Preparation and Upgradation, Land related issue highlighted to Management through presentation
  • Site visitors approval (management, Auditors, bankers etc) and arrange the visit as per their site visit agenda. Customers agreements tracker and highlighted the asset related issue as per terms and condition. Preparation of presentation of Clients related issues and their tracker and reported them on regular frequencies
  • Preparation and maintaining the internal complaint tracker. Preparation and upgradation of Internal and External Audit tracker and EHS Audit tracker
  • Arrange the vendor for the rectification of work. Gets the Vendor comparative quotes and approval from managements. Preparation and maintaining the Vendor invoice tracker. Vendor payment follow up and update from accounts
  • Work completion joint measurement work and cross check with BOQ
  • Checking and verifying the Work completion and quality of the work. Checking and verifying quality of material received from the vendor. Vendor follow up for the work completion Work order tracker and upgradation
  • On site Emergency decision taking under consideration of Company SOP
  • Preparation and Upgradation of the parks Asset list. Plant Layout Diagrammatic presentation and Autocad drawing preparation as per management requirement
  • Preparation and upgradation of the clients and escalation diary and send it to managements on regular basis. Preparation of Site material Stock list and consumption Tracker
  • Preparation of the monthly and daily asset checklist and maintaining the same on regular basis.
  • Preparation of 52-week PPM scheduled and arranged the vendor as per due date frequency
  • Preparation of the Electrical system and other equipment’s s breakdown maintenance Tracker
  • Handover the EB Invoices and rental invoices to the customers and get the acknowledgment from them.
  • Preparation of snag list. Handover of the building to new clients. On time completion of the customers snag escalation.
  • Preparation of work scheduled and get prior approval from clients. Security attendance and register tracker. Security compliances clearance as per company Checklist
  • Preparation of the Security service invoice and compliances tracker. Follow up from respective agency for the pending documents. Company compliances team follow up for the documentation work
  • Preparation of the Security work checklist. Monitoring the security activity. Monitoring the customers water supply and avoid the escalation from the customers
  • Housekeeping attendance and register tracker. Housekeeping compliances clearance as per Company Checklist
  • Preparation of the HK service invoice and compliances tracker. Follow up from respective HK agency for the pending documents
  • Company compliances team follow up for the HK documentation work. Preparation of the HK work checklist. Monitoring the HK activity. Tree Plantation and maintenance
  • Maintaining the Water Consumption reading and shared the date to EHS dept. on time
  • Procurement of water from outside and prepare their client wise consumption ratio and shared the debit note to clients.
  • Arrange the vendor and get the concurrence from the compliances team and further approval from the management. Preparation and submission of EHS Monitoring data sheet
  • Client CTO and statutory documents follow up. Fire Fighting System monitoring. Preparation and monitoring of Fire AMC scheduled. Fire AMC Vendor Folow up and update. Vendor follow up for work order signing process
  • Fire AMC equipment daily checklist. Daily Facility round and customers updates. Fire Form B monitoring
  • Vendor invoice checking as per BOQ and Joint measurements sheet. Preparation and monitoring of Pest control AMC scheduled. Pest control AMC Vendor Folow up and update.
  • Submission of all reports to management on time. Monsoon Preparedness Activity. Arrange vendor for the prior monsoon preparedness activity. Arrange Facility Asset damages insurance surveyor visit
  • Collect and submit require documents to facility asset damages insurance claim process. Presentation of insurance related activity. Providing service to all customers during Monsoon season by 24 x 7
  • Handling the customers and complete the rectification on top priority during the Monsoon and avoid the Major escalation from customers.
  • Revenue generation plan and follow up on regular basis. Complete ownership of entire plant and should be available for customers service at any time.

Preferred candidate profile

- Local candidate will be preferable

- min. 3 - 4 years of experience required
