Assistant Manager Quality (Deputy QMR)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overall supervision on all sites activities to ensure that work is completed in accordance with the contract specifications, agreed 5 procedure, method statements as per QMS & ISO 9001:2018 STANDARDS & client satisfaction.
• Preparation, review & Monitoring of all documents related to inspections & attend inspections with the client for all activities of the site & ensure that it is as per latest approved drawings & SOP and get approval.
• Execution of project with Quality Assurance and Commitments. Internal Quality Audit, Training, verifying and preparing the Quality manuals, MS, ITPs, Quality procedures.
• Complaint registration and handling until closure Record, handle and follow-up all complaints according to the relevant TUV SUD / governing system processes.
• Support & Maintenance of accreditation - Successful passing of all accreditation audits.
• Meeting Divisional regulations and guidelines with respect to accreditation and service quality.
• Quarterly data reporting to central quality team on Quality Activities.
• Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 & 17020:2012 for QMS & Conformity assessment operational level & implementation
• Project Base Risk identification & Mitigation plan at Business Unit level.
• Needs & Expectations, Training Identification planning.
• Technical Support to Operational team according to QMS.
• Coordination between central team & operational team according to QMS.

Job Description:

• We are writing to inform you that we are currently seeking a Deputy Quality Management Representative (Assistant Manager) for the RE Region, Gurugram, in our RI Business Unit.
• The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
• A Bachelor in Civil Engineering or a related core engineering field.
• A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC).
• Knowledge and awareness of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17020:2012 standards in the field of construction.
