Tutcart - Full Stack Developer - MERN Technologies (2-3 yrs)

Key Leadership Responsibilities :-

1. Product & Platform Development :

- Own full-stack development using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), Next.js, Redux, TypeScript.

- Lead the design and development of a high-performance, real-time, AI-driven learning platform.

- Optimize the platform for speed, scalability, and seamless user experience.

- Implement microservices architecture to ensure modularity and flexibility.

2. Technology Leadership & Strategy :

- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for Tutcart, aligning with business objectives.

- Oversee end-to-end system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Champion best engineering practices, CI/CD, DevOps, and code quality standards.

3. Team Leadership & Mentorship :

- Build, lead, and mentor a top-tier engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence.

- Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and hands-on mentorship to scale the team's expertise.

- Train engineers, creating a powerhouse development team.

4. AI & Innovation in EdTech :

- Drive AI-powered and data-driven learning experiences (recommendation engines, adaptive learning, analytics).

- Leverage ML & automation to personalize student learning paths and optimize tutor engagement.

5. Mobile & Cross-Platform Development :

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native for seamless multi-device experiences.

- Ensure a high-quality PWA (Progressive Web App) experience for web and mobile users.

6. Security & Compliance :

- Implement enterprise-level security measures to protect sensitive student and tutor data.

- Ensure data privacy compliance with GDPR and other regulatory standards.

7. Innovation & Continuous Improvement :

- Stay ahead of industry trends, drive innovation, and introduce best practices to keep Tutcart at the cutting edge.

- Optimize infrastructure, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps for reliability and efficiency.

- Continuously improve platform performance, uptime, and security.

What We're Looking For :

- Experience : Minimum 2 years in full-stack development with deep expertise in MERN, Next.js, Redux, and TypeScript.

- Technical Excellence : Strong grasp of frontend and backend development, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive UI design.
