Quantity Surveyor - MEP

Role & responsibilities

• Shall understand drawings, DBRs, Specifications, and other project documents.
• Should be able to take responsibility for quantity take-off for MEP items.
• Shall act as a supporting member for completing/verifying the tasks assigned to the team.
• Shall have a basic understanding of market rates.
• Shall prepare Assumptions and Qualifications for the take-offs.
• Shall raise queries and liaise with the Team Leads and/or the Client for clarifications.
• Cost Estimation
• Well-developed and efficient verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Cost X will be an advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E. Mechanical or Electrical with 3 to 6 years experience
