Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
Create, deploy, and manage Java-based applications with the potential for high throughput and low latency
Examine user needs to establish business goals
Evaluate, create, test, troubleshoot, and debug product improvements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
3+ years of experience working with Python and Docker
Prolific practical experience with RAG systems
Familiarity with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) is desirable
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
