Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients to gather and analyze their requirements, providing expert advice and leadership in solution design
- Develop comprehensive solution architectures, roadmaps, and implementation strategies that align with client goals
- Act as a product owner, managing timelines, resources, and scope to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead the development and presentation of demos to clients, showcasing new features and the value of our solutions
- Bridge communication gaps between clients, product owners, and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stages of project development
- Design and build proofs of concept (PoCs) within 6-8 week cycles, demonstrating quick turnaround and robust solution viability
- Hands-on coding and system configuration when necessary, maintaining an active role in the development processes
- Ensure solutions are scalable and efficiently utilize cloud technologies to handle large-scale data processing and meet the demands of thousands of users
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 7+ years of experience in back-end development, preferably with Python and cloud-native system
- Proven track record in a client-facing role, with the ability to manage client relationships, expectations, and deliverables
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly in deploying solutions that scale to meet high demand
- Demonstrable experience in leading the development of technology solutions from conception through implementation, including crafting roadmaps, leading teams, and hands-on coding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in written and spoken English communication
