Develop a high-quality and very scalable enterprise software product
Set engineering standards for the company s iPad and iPhone apps
Write scalable, robust, efficient, testable, and easily maintainable code
Coordinate with the Lead Backend engineer and Lead Front End engineer on product releases
Manage and grow a high performing mobile engineering organization
Work closely with Head of Customer Success and Head of Product to manage mobile features in product sprints/releases, and optimize the product for high customer engagement
Manage, and monitor diagnostic/analytics tools like Firebase, Amplitude, New Relic, and JIRA to improve the product release process and address bugs fixes, architectural updates, and quality faith
Build a culture of quality from the ground up and proactively ensure the entire iOS engineering team prioritizes QA throughout the development and release process
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of strong management and iOS development experience
Strong knowledge and experience with Swift
Expertise in best coding practices, latest standards, and architecture
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage and motivate the mobile engineering team
Prior experience managing mobile SaaS applications with high transaction volume, game engine experience is a plus
Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment
