Web Engineer

• Independently oversee and organize a number of projects
• Become the sole proprietor of online platforms such as the CMS, Google Analytics, and WP Engine
• Use the best software development methods to create well-designed, testable, and efficient code
• Develop and supervise features, navigation, and content for websites with a public audience
• Create information architectures, information maps, and functional prototypes to satisfy user and functional requirements for web-based content and apps in accordance with the advice of the marketing team
• Define the user experience plan in cooperation with the senior digital marketing manager and create appealing, useful, and useable online experiences
• Integrate data from numerous databases and back-end systems, such as Pardot, Gravity Forms, etc.
• Keep abreast of new developments in technology and industry trends, and incorporate them into your work

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Web Development, IT, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a web engineer
• 4+ years of experience managing corporate websites in web development.
• 3+ years of WordPress and Contentful expertise
• Extensive knowledge of Gravity Forms, WP Engine, Elementor, and Pardot
• Demonstrable experience working with Typeform, GA, Crazyegg, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML/DHTML, CSS/XML, Yoast, and other web development tools
• Prior experience working on sophisticated technology-related projects for digital production
• In-depth knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, web development, mobile development, and design processes
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of creating custom, highly customized user journeys for website users
• Ability to provide content management and web admin tools for non-technical team members, who will then have their own independence in maintaining certain portions of the site
• Must have excellent collaborative and problem-solving skills
• Zeal for offering them a successful and enjoyable experience
• Strong sense of urgency and the capacity to operate in a self-directed atmosphere
• Fluent in spoken and written English communication
