Salesforce Developer

• Develop automated solutions on the platform and assist in building processes, triggers, flows, integrations, and custom work streams that support critical business functions
• Continuously evolve the functionality provided through API integrations of Salesforce and other cloud-based tools
• Collaborate across teams to comprehend priorities and identify where automation can be implemented to accelerate innovation
• Assess the impact of platform changes and evaluate impacts on applications, systems, and processes
• Complete regular internal system audits, and health checks, and ensure user access is meeting IRS and SOC2 compliance standards
• Support the long-term strategy of the organization while maintaining simplicity in the code environment

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
• Experience with Pardot, Einstein Bots, Lightning Web Components, REST, and Soap APIs
• Prolific experience in integrating exterior platforms using API tools, Zapier, and Webhooks
• Demonstrable experience using Webhooks, Zapier, Stripe, PriceBlocs (DevBloc), Box, Slack, and Gmail
• Solid knowledge of Pardot, Airtable, and Podio is preferred
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of development experience on Salesforce platforms
• Must be a certified Salesforce.com Admin or Developer profile
• Nice to have experience working with Pardot and integrating Hubspot
• Nice to have current Salesforce certifications (e.g. App Builder and Platform Developer I)
• Platform Developer II certification is a bonus
• Detail-oriented with a proven ability to independently manage multiple, competing priorities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and outcome-focused personality is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to qualitatively and quantitatively validate product assumptions through rapid and iterative testing
• Fluent in verbal and written English
