Job Description
- Fix the software bugs as soon as possible following the lead of the scrum process and as reported by QA and Product Owners
- Actively participate in scrum events (daily standups, retrospectives, and planning) and feel empowered to make process improvements based on your daily work
- Recognize the Windchill data model and assist architects in creating new requirements
- Conduct proactive training for other development teams and volunteer to teach new developers technical skills
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 7+ years of relevant experience as a software architect/engineer
- At least 3+ years of experience working with Windchill Architecture
- Demonstrable experience working with GitHub, JIRA, and SQL
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Java
- Fluent in spoken and written English communication
