- Lead the company's Flutter development team and help junior developers to grow
- Ensure that the development and operations teams work together to maintain high platform reliability by establishing scalable and reliable engineering methods within the team
- Collaborate with the team's other members, and establish the platform's main goals and milestones
- Drive and establish strategic planning for the platform
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience as a mobile engineer
- Demonstrable experience working with Flutter
- Great team-building and management skills
- Excellent conversational and written English skills
