Web Backend Developer

Principal Responsibilities:

- Utilize Go and associated technologies to architect and maintain highly reliable and scalable back-end systems.

- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate user-facing components with server-side logic.

- Implement robust security and data protection measures for existing web applications.

- Optimize the speed and scalability of current applications to enhance user experiences.

- Collaborate with the team to identify and address performance issues and bottlenecks.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and incorporate them into everyday tasks.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

- 3 - 5 years of overall experience as a back-end web developer.

- A minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience with Go.

- Profound understanding of web development principles and best practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex challenges.

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
