Job Description
Required Skills:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in back-end web development, with a strong proficiency in Python, MongoDB, and Apache Kafka
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage high-availability and performant applications, with a keen focus on optimizing code and improving scalability
- Proven capability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for developing innovative solutions
- Familiarity with Elastic Search and AWS is a plus, providing a broader scope for potential contributions to the project s success
- Fluent in conversational and written English communication
Offer Details:
- Long-term contractor position (no medical/paid leave)
- Full-time dedication (40 hours/week)
- REQUIRED: 4 Hours overlap with UTC-5:00 Etc/GMT+5.
Interview Process:
- 2 rounds of interviews one technical discussion and one live coding challenge.
