Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new features for the companys existing product lineup, ensuring seamless integration and deployment into production
- Utilize your advanced skills in C# and Python to build robust, scalable, and high-performing code that meets the evolving needs of a dynamic supply chain
- Work collaboratively within Azure cloud environments to architect and optimize services, maximizing efficiency and reliability
- Drive technical projects from conception to release, acting as a senior contributor to both the strategy and execution of the teams objectives
- Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align product enhancements with business goals and customer requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
- Strong proficiency in C#, with extensive experience in developing enterprise-level applications
- Expertise in Python programming, demonstrating a robust track record of implementing automated and data-driven solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, with proven experience in leveraging Azure for application development and production deployments
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience in guiding engineering teams through complex projects
- Commitment to best practices in software engineering, including agile development, code reviews, and continuous integration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to articulate technical concepts effectively to a diverse audience
