Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Move fast while balancing quality while skipping extensive processes and show-stopping bugs
- Balance speed with quality while quickly building brand-new product
Contribute meaningfully to team strategy - Provide everyone a seat at the table and encourage active participation in planning for the future
- Communicate effectively, within the team and across disciplines
- Work closely with product managers and designers to craft compelling user experiences
Job Requirements
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of mobile development experience with multiple parts of the Android stack
- Prior experience developing with Kotlin
- Demonstrable experience with Jetpack Compose
- Ability to design and implement complex distributed systems operating under high load
- Solid experience developing customer-facing public applications is preferred
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and act like a startup CEO
- Be self-directed, innovative, and biased towards action in fast-paced environments
- Live to build new things and thrive in ambiguity and even failure
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams in a fully-remote environment, and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent conversational and written English communication skills
