What We Are Looking For:

Role: Finance Manager-Corporate.

Location: Bangalore.

Experience Required: 5-6 years post article ship experience.

What You'll Do:

- Oversee and manage the finances for all Centers of Excellence (COEs) independently.

- Prepare detailed budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial plans align with each COE's goals.

- Collaborate with business leads to develop comprehensive business plans.

- Handle billing cycles, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments.

- Oversee and maintain the AR/AP process to ensure smooth cash flow management.

- Prepare and provide MIS to the management on a weekly basis.

- Monitor actual performance against forecasts, and adjust forecasts based on variance.

- Evaluate revenue streams and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.

- Work closely with other COEs to identify opportunities and to align financial goals with business objectives.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant.

- 5-6 years of experience in core business finance, preferably managing multiple business units or divisions.

- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and business plan preparation.

- Experience in handling billings, vendor management, and AR/AP.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a fast-faced startup.
