Tool Management: Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of ITSM tools within the Power Platform.
Manage changes to ITSM tools, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Plan and coordinate tool upgrades and new releases, including testing and deployment.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to ITSM processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Integration: Ensure seamless integration of ITSM tools with other systems and platforms.
Support: Provide technical support and training to users of the ITSM tools.
Compliance: Ensure that ITSM tools and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Ensure ITSM tools comply with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR and ISO 27001. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data within the ITSM tools
Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor the performance and usage of ITSM tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the ITSM tools meet organizational needs.
Stakeholder management: Work closely with IT teams, business units, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the ITSM tools meet those needs.
Facilitate regular meetings to gather feedback and discuss improvements.
Your background:
Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in managing ITSM tools, preferably within the Power Platform.
Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes.
Proficiency in Power Platform tools and technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
ITIL Certification is highly desirable.
Certifications in Power Platform tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) are a plus.
