Tele calling Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tele calling Executive (Female Preferable) to join our team. This role will involve providing administrative support to various departments within the company and ensuring smooth operations of back-office functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Providing administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff members.
• Data entry and maintenance of accurate records.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Assisting with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must knowledge of Telecommunication and IT industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Assist with inventory management, procurement, and office supply orders.
