Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to join our team. This role will involve providing administrative support to various departments within the company and ensuring smooth operations of back-office functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, document processing, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Manage and maintain electronic and paper records, files, and databases.
Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, and in-person communication.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff members.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist with inventory management, procurement, and office supply orders.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
