What You'll Do :

- Develop user safety models to detect inappropriate content, harassment, and illegal activities.

- Monitor performance metrics like retention, engagement, and revenue, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

- Work with engineers & product teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.

What Makes You a Great Fit :

- 5+ years in Data Science / ML, with expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling.

- Experience with recommendation systems, NLP, search optimization, or AI-driven content moderation.

- Strong knowledge of A/B testing, Bayesian methods, and predictive analytics.

- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
