We are excited to build and expand our team in Bangalore and are looking for a Digital Solutions Analyst to join us. This role focuses on creating custom solutions, automations, and integrations that enhance our employee experience and streamline our People Places processes.
Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:
Design and develop custom applications using low-code/no-code platforms (such as SAP BTP, Power Apps, Power Automate, Zapier)
Create and implement automation solutions to streamline People Places processes
Build integrations between core systems to ensure seamless data flow and user experience
Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop innovative solutions
Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Maintain and optimize existing applications and automations
Document technical solutions and provide training to end users
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3-5 years of experience in application development or business systems
Strong expertise in low-code/no-code platforms (Power Platform, Zapier, or similar tools)
Experience building business applications and process automations
Knowledge of HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) and their integration capabilities
Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Knowledge of API integrations and web services
Experience with HR process automation
Understanding of UX/UI design principles
Background in HR systems or employee experience platforms
