Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to ensure student learning outcomes meet curriculum standards.
  
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons using various teaching methods and resources.
  
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and improve instructional practices.
  
• Participate in school events, meetings, and activities as required by the administration.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience as a teacher or instructor in a similar role (PRT).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.A & B.Sc) with B.Ed qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of pedagogy principles for effective classroom management.
  
• Proficiency in creating educational content using storyboarding techniques for e-learning platforms.
• CTET is Mandatory.
