Taxation and Accounts Manager_ CA Preferred

NOTE: We are hiring for our founders family office.

• Core KRA's: Taxation (both direct and indirect) mandatory,
• Financial Analysis, Planning & Reporting
• General Accounting Operations
• Reporting to Group CFO

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the Direct & Indirect tax compliances, assessments, litigation, appeared before the Tax Authorities, and managed various audit issues
• Expert in Advance Tax payments, Tax returns, reports, and necessary paperwork for the company
• Ensure complete tax compliances for both income tax and GST
• GST ITC recon, Reversal of Non-eligible ITC etc.
• Co-ordinating with the Tax counsel for tax advisory and opinion, preparing the facts for Case for opinion
• Provide assistance to both external and internal stakeholder
• Ensure periodic review of financial from tax perspective
• Maintaining solid ties with clients through engaging with them on a frequent basis
• Experience in general accounts and finance operations (IND AS & IND GAAP)
• Experience in FA/PL and MIS (presenting to the management and board of directors)
• Experience in the general accounting operations /FA/FP.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified CA with minimum 10+ years of overall combined accounting /finance and taxation experience is must
• Experienced in working with start ups or founders family office will be an added advantage
• Experienced in SME/IPO will be an added advantage
• Leadership and business acumen
