MRD Officer / Executive

We are looking for MRD Officer having relevant experience in MRD opertions.

Key Responsibilities:
Medical Records Management: Oversee the organization, storage, and retrieval of medical records in compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient data into the hospitals electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Records Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient medical records in accordance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
Documentation: Ensure that all medical records are complete, accurate, and include all necessary documentation, such as physician notes, test results, and treatment plans.
