We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tutor to provide academic support to students of various grade levels and subjects. The ideal candidate will offer personalized one-on-one or small group tutoring to help students improve their understanding of specific subjects, complete assignments, and prepare for exams. As a Tutor, you will create a supportive and motivating environment, enabling students to build confidence and academic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction & Academic Support:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, History, or any other specified subjects.
  • Help students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation, ensuring they understand the concepts clearly.
  • Explain complex topics in a way that is easy for students to understand, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning styles.

• Assessment & Progress Monitoring:

  • Assess students’ strengths and areas for improvement by using diagnostic tests, quizzes, and ongoing assessments.
  • Track student progress and adjust teaching strategies based on individual needs and academic goals.
  • Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic progress, challenges, and areas for further focus.
