About Us:

CG Power and Industrials Solutions Limited has entered into an agreement with Renesas Electronics America Inc and STARS Microelectronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited to establish a joint venture named CG Semi Pvt Ltd. (CGSPL) (referred to as client/ owner/ end-user) for constructing a greenfield Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Testing (OSAT) facility at Sanand, Gujarat.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing Track Lead to guide the implementation and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions, specifically within the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle EBS Discrete & Process Manufacturing modules, including Work in Progress (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), and Inventory Management, and experience working in semiconductor or electronics industries (preferred). This role involves managing Oracle EBS Manufacturing processes, optimizing solutions, and supporting the operational efficiency of the manufacturing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oracle EBS Implementation:
• Lead the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Discrete/Process Manufacturing modules such as BOM, Routing, WIP, FG Inventory, Costing, Planning and Scheduling, MRP run, MES Integration etc.
• Configure and customize Oracle EBS Manufacturing applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze manufacturing requirements, translating them into effective Oracle EBS solutions.
• Coordinate with other teams (technical, functional, testing) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Support & Maintenance:
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules.
• Resolve critical system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimizing business operations.
• Perform system enhancements, updates, and upgrades, ensuring systems are running at peak efficiency.
• Collaborate with the internal team to implement improvements based on feedback and system performance metrics.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship:
• Lead and mentor a team of Oracle EBS professionals, ensuring they are effectively contributing to implementation, support, and improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on best practices in Oracle EBS implementation, usage, and support.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the manufacturing track of Oracle EBS.
• Ensure the manufacturing modules are aligned with business processes and drive efficiencies across production, inventory, and procurement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with other functional leads (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement) to ensure integration and alignment across Oracle EBS modules.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure system integration and uptime.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Manufacturing implementations, upgrades, or support.
• Experience leading Oracle EBS implementations in manufacturing industries, with preference for experience in semiconductor or electronics.
• Strong experience in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules such as BOM, Routing, WIP, FG Inventory, Costing, Planning and Scheduling, MRP run, MES Integration.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in Oracle EBS applications.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

• Skills & Expertise:
• Deep understanding of manufacturing business processes, including production planning, inventory management, and material flow.
• Ability to configure and customize Oracle EBS Manufacturing applications according to business requirements.
• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle reports.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS integration and data migration tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Preferred:
• Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environments.
• Oracle EBS certifications (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing Implementation) are a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and how they can be supported within Oracle EBS.
