Job Description:

• Maintain Dealer Relationships: Build and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and provide ongoing support.
• Expand Dealer Network: Identify and onboard new dealers, reactivating dormant counters and exploring new retail channels.
• Market Growth Strategy: Develop and implement plans to increase market penetration and collaborate on channel expansion.
• Product Expansion: Analyze market trends, recommend new products, and coordinate product placements and promotions.
• Customer & Claims Management: Handle dealer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage warranty claims and product returns efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience in dealer management and sales expansion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Market analysis and product strategy experience.
• Knowledge of warranty claims handling is a plus.
