Preferred candidate profile

• Education:
  Bachelors degree / Diploma in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  Professional certification (e.g., Certified Welding Engineer from the American Welding Society, IWT, IWE, CWI, CSWIP 3.1).
• Experience:
  3-5 years of experience in welding engineering or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  Experience with welding techniques, materials, and equipment to a heavy manufacturing industry is desirable.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of welding processes, techniques, and materials.
• Knowledge in using welding simulation software and CAD tools.
• Familiarity with welding codes and standards (AWS, ASME, ISO).
• Experience in quality control and inspection techniques, including NDT.
• Personal Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
