Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
  • Experience in PPC Channels - Google and meta
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent internet research skills, able to write flawlessly.
  • Define key performance indicators and KRAs for social media marketing
  • Engage with customers and followers
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Monitor content and analyze report
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
  • Keep an eye on social media trends
  • Communicate effectively to management


Qualifications: Experience of doing research using multiple sources. Ability to meet deadlines.

  • Social Media Platform Knowledge: Expertise in major social platforms like:
  • Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
    • Understanding platform algorithms and best practices for each.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Ability to use social media analytics tools to track performance and create reports (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Sprout Social, Hootsuite Analytics).
  • Community Engagement: Ability to interact with followers, handle customer inquiries, and build a community around the brand.
  • Paid Advertising: Knowledge of social media ad campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Familiarity with targeting, budgeting, and A/B testing is essential.

Experience

  • Work Experience: Experience in managing social media accounts for businesses, organizations, or personal brands. This could include internships, freelance work, or a full-time role in a marketing or social media team.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects from concept to execution, working with teams, and meeting deadlines.

Soft Skills

  • Creativity: The ability to think outside the box and create engaging, unique content that resonates with audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Strong writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills to connect with the audience and team members.
  • Time Management & Organization: Social media managers often juggle multiple platforms, campaigns, and deadlines, requiring excellent time management skills.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to adapt strategies based on analytics, trends, or changing business objectives.

Bonus Skills

  • Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) to coordinate cross-platform campaigns.
  • Stay Updated: Social media is constantly evolving, so a commitment to staying current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices is essential.
  • Networking: Building a personal brand or networking on professional platforms like LinkedIn can demonstrate your expertise in social media marketing.
