- To create a functional funnel for vacancies which are open.
- To screen applications, schedule interviews and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
- To evaluate the interview process and determine any changes if required.
- Conduct social media checks.
- Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process and follow up with candidates and new hires.
- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
- Time-management skills and multitasking ability.
- Good communication skills
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with Recruitment
- Basic computer knowledge & hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows 7/10, MS Office
