Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with 5 to 7 years of expertise to join our dynamic team in a live event management and hotel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and generating high-quality leads through creative digital strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective marketing campaigns, optimize digital channels, and analyze performance to achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and foster customer retention.
• Content Marketing: Develop, manage, and optimize engaging content for blogs, email campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms.
• SEO & SEM: Optimize the website and content for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to improve search rankings and return on investment (ROI).
• Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns across various platforms to enhance engagement and boost brand visibility.
• Email Marketing: Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer interaction.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborations: Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Marketing Automation: Manage marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

Key Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and managing PPC campaigns.
• Content Skills: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities across various digital channels.
• Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from campaign performance.
• Creativity: Innovative approach to developing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
• Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing in any indurstry.
• Proven success in executing digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
