Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our Automation or SAP Practice [whichever is relevant as per experience] marketing efforts. This role encompasses managing various marketing channels, including social media, web content, email and LinkedIn campaigns, case studies, and collaborative marketing initiatives with partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the Automation or SAP practice, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Produce or procure high-quality messaging for social media, websites, blogs, email newsletters, and LinkedIn to engage target audiences and promote services.
  • Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, LinkedIn) to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Case Studies & Collateral: Create compelling case studies, whitepapers, brochures, and other marketing materials that highlight success stories and thought leadership.
  • Partner Marketing: Collaborate with strategic partners on joint marketing initiatives, co-branded content, webinars, and events to expand reach and influence.
  • Web Content Management: Maintain and update the practices web presence, ensuring content is current, relevant, and optimized for user experience and SEO.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.
  • Global Coordination: Align marketing activities with US-based teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across time zones.

Skills:

    • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
    • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.

Attributes:

    • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
    • Flexibility to work extended hours, including availability until at least 1:30 AM to coordinate with US teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international teams across different time zones.
  • In-depth knowledge of Automation or SAP industry trends and best practices.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or related areas.
