Truxcargo - Senior Manager - Finance (10-15 yrs)

- We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to join our finance team.

- This role involves managing the overall finances of the company.

- The Finance Head will collaborate with internal teams to support financial goals and contribute to the company's success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:.

- Managing the organization's financial reporting.

- This comprises all required financial reporting, monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

- Managing and overseeing the financial systems of the organization.

- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results.

- Analysing the budgets.

- Conduct risk management.

- Evaluate, analyse and decide on investments.

- Supervise a team of Accountants.

- Allocate resources and manage cash flows.

- Conduct profit and cost analysis.

- Providing sound financial assistance and information to management in order for it to make important business decisions.

- Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information.

- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.

- Consult board members about funding options.

- Recommend cost-reducing solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping.

- 10+ years of experience.

- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management.

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.

- Proficiency in accounting software.

- Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
