Truviq Systems - ServiceNow ATF Quality Analyst (6-12 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement test plans and strategies for ServiceNow applications using ATF.

- Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.

- Identify, report, and track defects while working closely with developers to resolve issues.

- Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.

- Continuously improve test processes and stay updated with new ServiceNow features.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams for smooth project execution.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform and Automated Test Framework (ATF).

- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with test automation tools.

- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

- High attention to detail for thorough testing and accurate results.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Certifications : ServiceNow CSA, ISTQB, ITIL, or Agile certifications.
