Position: SAP CRM Functional Consultant
Experience: 5 + years
Work Location: USA/Canada (Urgent joining preferred)
Visa Requirement: US Visa/Canada work permit (added advantage)
Qualification: BE/BTech or Any Graduate

Job highlights

• 5+ years of experience in the SAP Module CRM deep understanding of the integration to the SAP ERP
• Consultant with a minimum 2+ years full life cycle SAP Project implementation
• Integration of SAP CRM system with Other Systems for realizing the Solution for the Requirement. In-depth knowledge of debugging, RCA, Incident, and Change Management would be preferable
• Experience in SAP CRM One Order framework, CRM ABAP OOPS concepts, and WEB UI
• You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements
• Must have excellent customer-facing and soft skills, solution-oriented, looking for win-win opportunities
• Excellent team leadership experience. Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.
• Ability to facilitate workshops for requirement gathering, training content creation, end-user training, etc.
• Must have experience in managing multiple initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis: Work with clients to understand and document business processes, CRM needs, and specific requirements.
• Solution Design: Propose and design SAP CRM solutions tailored to client objectives, recommending suitable modules, features, and configurations.
• System Configuration: Configure SAP CRM for Sales, Marketing, Service, and Interaction Center to align with client needs.
• Data Migration: Plan and oversee migration of customer data and other critical information into SAP CRM systems.
• Customization: Develop and implement custom enhancements using tools like SAP CRM Web UI, OO ABAP, BADI, BAPI, and Smart Forms.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM with SAP ERP and other third-party systems, including middleware setup and troubleshooting.
• Middleware Expertise: Set up and manage CRM Middleware, ensuring smooth data exchange and resolving related issues.
• Project Implementation: Lead or participate in at least two end-to-end implementations and one support project.
• User Training: Deliver end-user and administrator training to maximize system usability and efficiency.
• Documentation: Create and maintain functional designs, technical specifications, test cases, and end-user documentation
• Incident & Change Management: Resolve CRM production support issues, conduct root cause analysis, and manage incidents and changes effectively.
• Event Management: Configure Events, Action Profiles, and Organizational Determination to optimize CRM workflows.
• SAP Best Practices: Implement solutions aligned with SAP Best Practices, ensuring scalability and client satisfaction.
• Client Collaboration: Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, prepare training materials, and provide consulting expertise.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend technology-driven solutions.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the SAP CRM One Order framework, OO ABAP concepts, and Web UI development.
• Experience in CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules, including customizing and configuring them.
• Proficiency in middleware architecture and BDOC management for ECC integration.
• Strong debugging skills, RCA expertise, and hands-on experience with CRM production support.
• Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, with proven team leadership experience.
• Awareness of current technologies and trends in the SAP CRM domain.
• Account Origination and Banking Industry experience preferred
