Overview:

As a Senior Associate in our SAP Transportation Management (TM) consulting team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing data, ensuring compliance, and leveraging your technical expertise to configure SAP TM functionalities. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP TM and its integration with other SAP modules, with a focus on delivering solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration and Problem Solving: Work effectively as part of a cross-functional team to address complex business issues. Identify areas for improvement and proactively propose solutions to overcome challenges.

Data Management and Compliance: Analyse and manage data in accordance with company risk management and compliance procedures. Stay current on the latest trends and developments in SAP TM and related technologies.

Communication and Ethics: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Adhere to client code of ethics and business conduct at all times.
Technical Expertise: Configure and define SAP TM functionalities such as Freight Orders, Contracts, Settlement, and Posting. Manage Post Processing Framework (PPF), Business Rules Framework (BRF+), Event Management, and EDI Integration. Oversee the setup of TM Enterprise Structure, Freight Units, Trip Planning, Load Planning, and Carrier Invoice Integration.
Project Management:Independently manage deliverables, ensuring the timely and successful completion of tasks.Work closely with clients and internal teams on project deliverables and milestones.Contribute to Centers of Excellence (COE) activities and collaborate across competencies.
Qualifications and Skills:Experience:5-7 years of experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).Hands-on experience with embedded TM implementation is a strong plus.
Technical Skills:Proficient in SAP TM configuration and integration with other SAP modules like SD, MM, EWM, and GTS.Experience with Solution Manager during implementations.Knowledge of ticket management tools and support environments.Familiarity with interface monitoring for EDI/IDOCs.
Certifications:SAP Certification in the TM module is preferred.
Tools & Platforms:Exposure to tools such as ServiceNow, Solution Manager, Jira, HP4, MQC, etc.
Soft Skills:Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
