Technical Manager - 4G 5G Modem/UE Testing

Key focus: 4G/5G Engineering delivery and key account growth

Role & Responsibility

• Growth of the key customer accounts
• Creating a center of excellence for 4G/5G in Hyderabad by hiring and building a competent technical team in this area
• Developing a state of training system to develop talent in 4G/5G covering development, integration, and testing
• Executing capability development trainings in 4G/5G and other adjacent areas
• Delivering engineering projects to meet customer expectations

Detailed Job Tasks

a)Project Delivery Support

• Owning the technical architecture
• Ensuring the technical integrity of the solution
• Ensuring projects technical requirement are met

b)Hiring Support

• Actively participate in the technical selection (interviews) process
• Response for defining and ensuring the technical selection process
• Developing the technical panel and grooming them to meet the high standards

c)Capability development

• Scale and mature existing capabilities to achieve Centre of Excellence (CoE) status
• Help develop new capabilities (E.g. Platform, Connectivity, Cloud skills) areas to support business

d)Training development

• Defining process for technical talent evaluation and gap/need(technical) analysis
• Development of training modules based on internal and external resources
• Driving training and ensuring they meet the defined goals

e)Pre-sales Technical Support & Account mining

• Understand and frontend both resource & solution-oriented requirements
• Instill confidence in the customer on Truminds capability and solution
• Understand customer requirements and translate them to skill/Job definition for Talent Team to be able to source the right talent
• Translating customer requirements to technical requirement
• Define and develop technical solution
• Estimate and develop compelling proposals

Qualification

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication
• 10 years plus experience in the 4G/5G domain.
• Experience in Modem/UE Testing.
• Leading a team of 10 plus members
• Excellent customer facing and project management skills
