Production Trainee

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist production team in setting up machines, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring quality control.
  
• Collaborate with engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns.
  
• Support manpower handling activities by providing technical guidance and training to junior staff members.
  
• Participate in production engineering projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
