TruEquations - PHP/Laravel Developer (5-6 yrs)

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the layout, design and coding of IT solutions specifically in PHP format.

You must also possess a strong knowledge of web application development using PHP programming language and MySQL Server databases.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain features for the RINI platform using PHP Laravel and related frameworks.

- Implement integrations with third-party APIs to enhance platform functionality.

Customisation & Optimisation :

- Work on industry-specific customisations and user-centric features using Inertia.js and Filament.

- Ensure optimal platform performance by leveraging MySQL for database operations.

Cloud Infrastructure Management :

- Develop and deploy platform features using AWS services.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the application hosted on AWS.

Collaboration & Problem Solving :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Code Quality & Documentation :

- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for development processes and APIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in PHP Laravel framework and Vue JS, Inertia.js.

- Strong understanding of Filament for building modular applications.

- Solid experience with relational databases, specifically MySQL.

- Knowledge of cloud services, particularly AWS (e.g, EC2, S3, RDS).

- Experience in building responsive and user-friendly interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment on AWS infrastructure.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with SaaS platforms or business operation tools.

- Experience in optimising web applications for performance and scalability.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years' of experience in web development and software design

- Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), PHP frameworks, and MySQL databases

- Bachelors in technology or relevant degree

- Experience working with SaaS platform, business operations platforms is a plus

- Experience in handling deployments and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure

- Past experience in fast paced environments or startups would be a great addition
