Job Description
Primary:
- Strong in Python Expertise with at least one of the following machine learning frameworks :- OpenVINO / Tensorflow / Pytorch / ONNX
Secondary :
- Experience using Intel Neural Compressor for model optimization.
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (L2, L3/4 fundamentals, ).
- Understanding of TLS/HTTPS protocols an advantage
Requirements Educational/ Experience:
- 10+ Years in the R&D - Experience in the field of AI, ML, DL, and Transformers
- Preferred PhD in Natural Language/AI/ML
- Must be Proficient in English Minimum: MS or BS degree and 10+ years of experience
- It is expected the that the suppler will provide dedicated resource with domain knowledge capable of performing the requesting engineering activities
- We have a program that requires working with Tech Leads understand the problem statement/identify
- Design/Review Design implement on the agreed design
- Expectation Design Specification/Document Test/Validation Document Proof of agreed KPIs Performance tuning & benchmarking
Technical reports
- The exact deliverables will be agreed for each sprint and every 2 sprints
- Creation on ML toolkit for Network Security workloads
- Multiple phase project to create a ML Ops pipeline focused on the training, optimization and benchmarking of Network Security Deep Learning models
Phase 1 of project will focus on creating a python framework which taking a pre-trained network security models and supports:
- Conversation of models to target multiple machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, OpenVINO etc.)
- Test/Training tokenization as required for optimization/evaluation, supporting dedicated tokenization tools such as TADK as required.
- Model optimization/quantization using available tools (OpenVINO NNCF)
- Validation/evaluation of those optimized models,
- Publication of performance results to data base
- Create of analysis of performance characteristics using data analytics tools.
